Who We Are

Our founder, Ashleigh Fechney

After completing her Master of Law, she began her career as "Ashleigh the Advocate," she built a solid foundation of knowledge in employment law and a passion for supporting neurodivergent and disabled employees.

Her years of work in that space highlighted a clear gap in the ability of employers to support their neurodiverse employees due to lack of knowledge and insight.

 

Her unique perspective, informed by lived experiences with ADHD and Autism, has driven her commitment to fostering environments where everyone can succeed.

This led to the formation of Canary Consulting, where we are the bridge that helps close that gap so modern businesses can thrive.
